Our usual rule of thumb is that a table will seat 2 less than its length in feet, i.e. a 16 foot table will seat 14 people. One way to add seats without changing the length is to make the table wider. Here's an example: a 16 foot boardroom table that is 66" wide at the center, 54" wide at the ends. This allows for 16 users when needed. The table is cherry (with "Paul Revere" stain) with an anegre top and cherry center. There's a band of Bolivian Rosewood running around the top. Wiring is provided by 3 Mockett PCS-3 units under custom hatches. We've also included a shot of the base without top, showing typical structure for our tables.
