If you haven’t already, please look through our gallery of custom conference tables. You can choose any of these designs as a starting point for your project, or you can submit your own designs. We are happy to work with architects and interior designers.

2. Contact Us

The next step is an exchange of information: we ask questions, you answer them, and we start work on a proposal. You can call from 8-5:30 EST on weekdays. You can contact us by email at any time; if we are closed, we will respond the next business day.

3. Our proposal

Once we have gathered the information we need, we will submit a detailed proposal that shows you what your table will look like, its materials, its power/data capabilities, and any other pieces of furniture that you order. We can send wood samples if you want them. You will also get a price for each item and option in the proposal. Prepare to be amazed: we do the best proposals in the business.

4. Place an Order

Once we have settled on the list of items to be ordered, we will issue a final price quotation. This will include detailed information regarding what is to be ordered: quantity, size, materials, and finish. There will also be pricing for shipping (see below for more on this) and applicable sales tax (we collect sales tax only on pieces delivered in Pennsylvania and New Jersey). Terms of the transaction can vary, but we generally require a 50% deposit to commence work, with balance due on delivery. For academic, corporate or government clients, we will arrange payment schedules at the time the order is placed.

5. Schedule

Part of our information gathering is to find out your schedule. (Some clients order with lots of extra time; some do the opposite.) We try to ship each project within 8 weeks of receiving an order, but this can vary depending upon our previous commitments, the size of your order, and your schedule. We can submit shop drawings for your approval if you require them, but please be aware that this can delay the project while we wait to hear back from you.

We take your schedule requests seriously – when we commit to a delivery date, we will be ready on that date. Please do your best to keep us informed of schedule changes.

6. Construction & Finishing

After the design drawings have been reviewed and approved, your pieces will be built. If there are multiple pieces in the order, these are built simultaneously by several cabinetmakers. Finishing is the last step of the process.
