Solution

Our approach checked all their boxes: a table large enough to seat 24 people comfortably, made of walnut with bronze details, that could handle their very complicated AV setup. We were given 4 months.

We start every project with photo-realistic renders of the proposed design in the client’s room, in order to make sure they understand what they will get:

Our design not only looks great, but also incorporates complex wiring. More than a mile of Cat 6 cabling was used, as the client’s security protocols prohibit wireless networking. There’s an advanced camera system mounted in the center of the table, accessible through folding doors. 24 bronze doors cover power/data plugs. The top is supported by a steel subtop. All wood surfaces are veneered with quartersawn walnut, and finished with catalyzed polyurethane.
