How We Design and Build Municipal / First Responders Tables
Since we started designing custom conference tables, a lot of technology has changed. Our enthusiasm, creativity, workmanship, and attention to detail have not altered. Today, our technique combines traditional craftsmanship with the most creative and cutting-edge technologies accessible. Each one-of-a-kind conference table that we create starts with an idea—a solution to a collection of interconnected problems that our customer is facing. Each design we propose for you will be unique, and we have a large library of techniques and materials from which to draw. The construction process is a multi-phase partnership between our advanced technology and the skilled artisans who will carry out the design.

Initial Design & Engineering
During this first step, we will check that the size, style, and form of your conference table design are appropriate for how you want to use the table and where it will be placed. Our team will not go on unless you are entirely pleased with the design and ready to proceed.
Choose Your Wood & Other Materials
Our design engineers will assess which materials are most suited to your organization’s conference table, and our project managers will give you samples to view in your area. Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll handpick each material for the unique requirements of your table.

Table Parts & Initial Assembly
All parts are manufactured in our contemporary facility in Pennsylvania utilizing a CNC router and manual techniques. In addition, we offer a large range of additional equipment that can handle hundreds of various industrial processes. When all of the pieces are finished, professional human hands will assemble them with a technical and aesthetic touch.
Finishing, Assembly, & Final Inspection
After your custom designed conference table has been built, it will go through the finishing process. Paints, stains, dyes, and textures are just a few of the finishing possibilities. We will next deconstruct and rebuild the table, analyzing it as we go and documenting it with pictures.

Packing & Shipping Your Municipal / First Responders Table
We ship tables to towns large and small all over the United States and beyond. Our team comprises logistics professionals who clean and prepare the table pieces for shipment. Each component is wrapped with 18″ foam and then covered in cardboard. After that, the parts are placed on a special pallet with steel strapping and a robust outer wall.
Serving Clients In Towns Just Like Yours
While the majority of our clients are in the United States and Canada, we also have served customers in South Korea, Panama, and the British Virgin Islands. Government organizations, courthouses, schools, and private corporations are among our clients. We can design and create the right table for you, no matter where you are or what your organization’s demands are, and ensure that it arrives in the same wonderful condition that it left our workshop.
